Leg Workout

15-20 minutes on treadmill, at full incline  ~ 2.5 - 3 mph setting

Barbell Squat:
15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 4, 4 (increasing weight with each set until 4, then three at 4)

Walking Lunges:
16, 16, 16 (moderate weight)

tri-set with

Straight Leg Deadlifts:
10, 10, 10 (moderate weight)

tri-set with

Box Jumps:
10, 10, 10

Weighted Calf Raises
3 sets to failure.
